Exchange and Returns Policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, if not we allow you to exchange or return your items for a refund within 14 days. Please note for a full refund or exchange the items MUST be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and in its original packaging.

The return postage will be at your expense so Arabesque will not reimburse the return shipping costs (this is for UK and international orders).

Please note we are unable to refund the postage cost for international orders, we will only be able to refund the cost of the item on receipt.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on pre-ordered items unless the item is faulty.

We will not accept responsibility for any items lost in transit therefore it would be your responsibility to return the item safely back to us.

If any free items have been sent to you as a promotion, these must be returned, unworn and in its original packing for a full refund.

If you are returning item(s) to us from outside of the EU, you must complete customs declaration, clearly stating that the package contains ‘RETURNED GOODS’. If your parcel is stopped at UK Customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to the sender.

Under no circumstances can we pay customs duty in order to receive back our items.

Arabesque has the right to refuse the exchange or refund of purchases if any of the above procedures have not been followed.
