Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do, we offer Free UK delivery on all orders over £70. Please click here to view our delivery information for international orders.
What is the dispatch time?
The majority of our products are in stock; therefore on in stock items we tend to dispatch items the following working day. However on backordered abayas, dispatch time can take between 14-28 working days.
What is your Exchange and Returns policy?
We work against high standards with regards to the quality of our products and customer service. We always aim to keep the customer happy! In order to avoid exchanging orders we would advise you to check our sizes carefully using our size chart or drop us an email if you are still unsure.
Can I return a pre-ordered abaya?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on pre-ordered items unless the item is faulty, whereby we will issue a replacement.

What do the sizes for abayas refer to?
The sizes available refer to the length in inches of the abaya from the back of the neck to the bottom with standard length sleeves. If you want it to be longer so that you can wear heels, we recommend purchasing a size larger.

How can I contact you?

What happens if I receive a faulty item?
We check the condition of all orders prior to delivery, however small defects can occur due to a lot of our items being handmade. If you do receive a faulty item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order on firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the fault and the name of the product you ordered so we can arrange a replacement or find a suitable agreement, as we always want to keep our customers happy!
I have seen an abaya that I want but it is currently out of stock, can I still get it?
We can still try and tailor an abaya that is out of stock therefore email us with your specifications and we aim to respond to your enquiries within 48 hours.
